Now here’s the best part of our program…
But first, let us contrast it by exposing what some of the other guys do.
You’ve seen Rent-to-Own programs offered by other investors. Usually those investors give you 1 year or maybe 2-3 years before you have to get a mortgage to purchase the home. Well, what happens if you can’t qualify for a loan in, say, 1 to 2 years? I’m sure you know, but I’ll repeat it here anyway: You lose everything you’ve put in the home (your down payment, rent, improvements you’ve made, everything). Those investors are not obligated to sell you the home after the option-to-purchase expires. Some of those investors actually hope you will not buy the home, so they can find some other “sucker” (as they like to call you) to do the same thing all over again.
So, getting back to the best part of our program…
 Let me ask you this… How long would it take you to get your credit in order to qualify for the best mortgage possible? 1 year? 3 years? 5 years? 10 years? You would have to agree that anybody can get their credit in perfect shape if they had 10 years. So that’s how long you have under our program. 10 years!!
What if you’re ready to buy sooner? No problem. Usually the minimum time we require is 1 year. So after you’ve been with us for at least 1 year, you are eligible to purchase the home. And you remain eligible to purchase the home for up to 10 years!
Now it gets even better… I’m sure you know that with renting, your monthly payments are just money down the drain. You build no equity. In other words, you have nothing to show for the thousands of dollars you’ve spent.
With our program there are three ways you build equity:
• First, from day one, you earn monthly credits that apply toward the purchase of the home. It’s like paying down the principal on a loan.
• Second, we fix the price of the home, and it stays the same for the entire 10 years. That means that as the value of the home appreciates above our agreed upon price, all that extra value is yours.
• And the third opportunity you have to build equity is through the improvements you make to the home (which is why some of the homes we offer are fixer-uppers).
I’m sure you’ll agree that there is no other Rent-to-Own program out there that can match what we offer.
