All of our homes require a down payment. And our down payments are low.

And the monthly payments vary depending upon the size and location of the home.

You can see the down payments and the monthly payments on the homes we have available in the Raleigh area or the Fayetteville area.

Prior to moving in, you will need to have the cash available for:

• the full down payment and
• a prorated first month’s payment (for example, if you move in half way through the month, then you would need ˝ month’s payment upfront).

If you only have a portion of the down payment available now and will have the rest available soon, we can take the house off the market and hold it for you while you get your finances in order. Certain restrictions apply to this offer, so please discuss this with us when we show you the home.

Remember, there are no hidden or extra fees with our program. No application fee, nothing but down payment and monthly payment.
