Thanks for all your diligent efforts to consistently produce great returns from the properties managed. Of the 12 properties we have now in Fayetteville and Raleigh since 2003 the results have been very consistent, while other investors/property managers seem to have difficulty in similar markets.

Your results are by far the best among the 3 partners I invest with and the most stable. I just realized that one of our LLCs had an incredible return last year. In fact, all of the LLCs have been positive and made good returns each year. I look forward to further investment opportunities and any new deals you may come across.
